_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

Select points to delete from a points data set.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     delpoints(pts,add=F,...)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

     pts: a points data set

add: if false, plot the points using `pointmap'.

_V_a_l_u_e:

A points object containing the undeleted points.

_M_E_T_H_O_D:

Using the mouse, the user selects points on the current graphics
device. These points are marked on the plot as they are selected.
The function returns the remaining points as a points object.

_S_i_d_e _E_f_f_e_c_t_s:

If `add' is false the points are plotted on the current plot
     device.
